Ophthalmology Expert Witness Services

Mr Jeffrey Kwartz MB ChB DO FRCS FRCOphth has been a consultant ophthalmologist at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust for over 25 years.  He is a general ophthalmologist with a sub-specialism in complex corneal and cataract surgery and has a fellowship in corneal surgery from the University of Toronto.

Jeff is happy to write breach of duty, causation, condition and prognosis reports on a wide variety of eye diseases including keratoconus, cataract, keratitis, contact lens-related problems and ocular trauma.  He has many years experience as an expert witness and is happy to write screening reports if required.
